What we do

We aim to help our partner organisations in Africa and Asia to achieve their visions by improving their performance and services. We have a range of practical ways in which we support their development:

• The placement of international volunteers with our partner organisations
• Financial resource development, including building the capacity of our partners to access programme funding
• Our leadership development programmes develop the strategic leadership skills our partner organisations
