Live Below the Line

1.4 billion people have no choice but to live below the line every day. Just £1 per day for food, health, education, everything.
That's why, in May 2012, Skillshare International's volunteers, staff and supporters joined thousands of people across the UK to live on just £1 each day for their food and drink.
The Live Below the Line challenge gives you the chance to raise awareness of extreme poverty and to support projects that are focused on building sustainable livelihoods in some of the world’s poorest and most vulnerable communities.
Over 15,000 people around the globe took part in Live Below the Line 2012, meaning that together, we were able to make a real difference - a huge thank you to everyone that got involved!
