Friends of Skillshare International (FOS) is the supporters' association of Skillshare International. By joining Friends you can remain informed about our work and development in Africa and Asia. As a Friend you also have the opportunity to work with others to: raise the profile of Skillshare, develop financial support for our work and promote international understanding through development education

FOS Local Groups
Meeting together with other Friends of Skillshare International is one of the best ways to get involved in supporting sustainable development in Africa and Asia. Working together in small local groups Friends are able to hold fundraising events, promote awareness of development and increase the profile of Skillshare International.
FOS Speakers Network
Would your organisation, workplace or social club enjoy hearing about the realities of life and work in Africa and Asia? FOS can provide you with inspiring speakers for your event.
Every year development workers and Health Trainers return to the UK after sharing their skills in Africa and Asia with Skillshare International. Each returned development worker has a fascinating story to tell. In addition FOS members can suggest ways for you to actively support development.
There is no charge for providing speakers, but we do ask for the host to cover reasonable travel costs and make a voluntary contribution.
