The diagnosis process uses a variety of tools, working with a wide range of the client's employees and other stakeholders to understand the realities of the organisation and context of its work, the achievements and challenges of the organisation, teams and individuals.
From this diagnosis, we are then able to develop a bespoke programme in collaboration with the client organisation, to address the areas identified as needing improvement, at both personal leadership level and organisational development level.
