We have expertise and experience in working with organisations through collaborative diagnosis to help identify individual and leadership team challenges as well as wider organisational development needs.

The diagnosis process uses a variety of tools, working with a wide range of the client's employees and other stakeholders to understand the realities of the organisation and context of its work, the achievements and challenges of the organisation, teams and individuals.

From this diagnosis, we are then able to develop a bespoke programme in collaboration with the organisation, to address the areas identified as needing improvement, at both personal leadership level and organisational development level.
