Development worker vacancies

We recruit skilled professionals to support our partner organisations in Africa and Asia. Placements cover a range of sectors and professions, but commonly demand skills in fundraising and resource mobilisation, advocacy, marketing, project management, and supporting good governance - often in health programmes.

If there isn't the right placement for you, please come back again soon because we will be advertising more vacancies here regularly.

Working on gender equality in Nepal

Sometimes we look for people with very specialist skills. For example, we recently advertised for a fisheries adviser to work with small-scale fishing communities to improve their catches.

Fundraising is a big issue for many of our partners and they often look for support in identifying donors, and knowledge and experience of how to approach them effectively.

Many organisations want to collect and organise information about their work, and use it to develop campaigns, educate others and influence policy. These organisations require development workers with communications and advocacy skills.

If you have these skills, like a challenge and want to contribute to social change, please visit our website regularly to find out more about our current vacancies.
