Placements cover a range of sectors and professions, but commonly demand skills in fundraising and resource mobilisation, marketing, project management, and supporting good governance - often in health programmes. Sometimes we look for people with very specialist skills. For example, a civil engineer for Swaziland, and a football coach for South Africa. |

Useful information
We provide flights, a living allowance and accommodation during your placement. There is no cost for the opportunity to become a Development Worker with Skillshare International. However, we do ask that you raise a minimum of £500.00 or the equivalent towards our work.
Where the job description does not specify,
the job requires someone with a degree or professional
qualification plus a minimum of two years' work
experience.
