Our approach to leadership development
Our approach to leadership development is based on the systems thinking model. We have worked with senior managers and leaders at different levels of many organisational structures (government (local and national levels), non government organisations, universities and other institutions of higher learning) to help them address leadership challenges in their and partner organisations.
Our programmes support individuals and organisations as follows:
- Learning applied to work context: our modular structure and blended learning help new understanding to be applied directly to the work context: for example, workshops spread over a few months apart, allow leaders to practice new skills and share experiences before coming back together for further development.
- Enhance capability: we develop leaders of leaders, who will motivate their teams to achieve the vision.
- Innovative and challenging: our wide range of techniques stimulates participants and we encourage them to use these back at base in order to unleash creativity.
- Latest thinking in effective leadership theory and practice: We blend theory and practice, using leadership models as tools for exploring the workplace. We build reflective practice - a critical leadership skill - into our programme schedules.
- Leadership qualities to inspire others We focus on self-management as the key to managing others and use coaching to enable leaders to understand their impact in the workplace. A clear customer focus is at the heart of our programmes.
- Deliver organisational objectives Our systems approach to service delivery optimises organisational performance, maximises effectiveness and reduces waste.
